Full warranty

The devices we sell are covered by a full warranty on all components, without exceptions. This includes comprehensive annual servicing and recalibration, as well as any repairs required due to normal use. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, MIZAR HEALTH, and fulfilled through our on-site service.

We have sales representatives in UAE and abroad who are at the disposal of our customers to make a first diagnosis of any incident that may occur with our units.

In addition, we have a technical service team made up of specialized engineers who can travel to any part of the country to solve any incident that may arise with the equipment.

Preventative maintenance inspections are conducted yearly at a time previously agreed with the managers of each medical centre so as not to disrupt the proper use or functioning of the unit in clinics and hospitals under any circumstances. These are estimated to last 3-4 hours and consist of:

• Calibration
• GMaintenance
• Verification
• X-ray diagnosis check
• SUpdating of the original version of the software

Once our units have been installed and it has been verified that they work properly, we will then carry out training aimed at anyone deemed suitable by the relevant medical centre. This training will cover the correct use of the equipment, as well as basic maintenance and care guidelines to ensure its longevity and optimal performance.
